How do I pay the sitters?

Since the sitters are self-employed and are considered independent contractors, they set their own pay rates. Sitters have different rates depending on their age, years of experience, education, and the number and age of children or circumstances.  Please discuss pay rate with the sitter before he/she commits to babysit for your family to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding pay rate.

How do you screen the sitters?

All sitters go through a 4 step screening process – application, references, checks, background check and in-person interview.
