Thank you for your interest in becoming a Stellar Sitter!
The great thing about partnering with Stellar Sitters is that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Stellar Sitters. You determine your pay rate and you get paid directly by the client! Stellar Sitters doesn’t take any of your pay. Your pay rate must be discussed with the client before the sitting appointment.
In order to be a sitter referred by Stellar Sitters you must:
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a current drivers license and have your own transportation
- have experience with children
- be able to provide at least two references (no relatives)
- be CPR certified or willing to get certified within 45 days of becoming a sitter (Red Cross, etc)
- be willing to have a background check conducted at a cost to you of $42.00 through HR Screening Services
- LOVE kids!
Please note: All sitters go to the home of the client or the location of the sitting job (church, wedding reception, hotel, etc.) as opposed to having children come to your home. Other children are not allowed to accompany you to jobs under any circumstance.
